Humans are creative beings and have chosen to express themselves artistically through their music, dance, and storytelling and visual forms such as paintings, sculptures, drawings, pottery, body adornment and architecture. While modern-day art and architecture are evident, many of the mysteries of the past have been unraveled by Archaeologists around the world.

“Our Journeys” – 2018-2019
Social Studies Fair and Street Carnival

Grow Our Cities – 2017-2018
Last year, our students explored how a city supports the needs of man: Food, Clothing, Shelter, (Community) Communication and Transportation. They looked into the infrastructure of cities around the world (including our own Jersey City) and what makes them special and unique. They learned about the past, how these cities evolved with time and what the future may bring.
